At Diamond Lovers, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:
Exchange or Credit Note – Available within 30 days of purchase.
Refund – Available for items purchased through our website, provided they are returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
As part of our 30-day guarantee, we kindly ask that you send us photos of your delivered jewellery to orders@diamondlovers.com.au.
This serves as proof that your jewellery arrived in good order and was signed for by the nominated recipient.
Your 30-day guarantee period begins on the day you receive your order.
Our team responds to emails between 9am – 5pm (Brisbane/Queensland time).
If you find a fault with your item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Once you notify us, we will confirm your return in writing and provide the return details. Please post the item back to:

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to items purchased directly from our website.
Custom orders (not displayed on our website) come with a 7-day money back guarantee only and may incur a restocking fee.
Items showing signs of wear, or that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Diamond Lovers), or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
Returns without a Diamond Lovers return code, or that are improperly packaged or uninsured, will be refused.
Step 1: Request an Authorisation Code
Email us at orders@diamondlovers.com.au to request a Return Authorisation Code and return instructions.
Write this code clearly on the bottom of your original invoice.
Step 2: Package Securely
Include all original packaging and materials. For security reasons, please do not write “Diamond Lovers” anywhere on the outside of the parcel. Use the return address supplied by us.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted by our Quality Assurance Department, we will process your refund, exchange, or replacement.
Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days to the original payment method (PayPal, credit or debit card).
Please allow 4–7 business days for your bank or card provider to apply the refund to your account.
Replacement items are subject to standard manufacturing timeframes.
Diamond Lovers is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We strongly recommend using insured postage when sending items back.
